Jim Smith Collision & Wrecker is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout Conway, and the surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold by the Seller are sold with a bill of sale and towing affidavit per Ark. Code Ann. §§ 27-50-1208 through 27-50-1210
A $100 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Invoices may not be split to circumvent this rule.
